Records for withdrawing students will be available from the Registrar’s Office as of the following dates:
End of Semester 1 withdrawals: On the 25th of February each year with prior notification; in all other cases, official records will be available within five working days of notification of withdrawal. For High School, end of semester transcripts will be available for pickup or forwarding.
End of year withdrawals: On the 1st of July each year with prior notification; in all other cases, official records will be available within five working days of notification of withdrawal. For High School, end of year transcripts will be available on 15th of August for pickup or forwarding.
If your family is departing Egypt before the end of the current school year, a withdrawal form must be completed and turned in to the Admissions/Registrar‘s Office to release records.
