• Telephone Call Report ( TCR ) system allows parents to contact the Public Relations Department. Parents can report what they want, then they get a reply the same day , or the following day.
• Parent’s Meeting is held twice each term in which parents can talk to teachers and supervisors to discuss students’ academic level.

• Parents can meet supervisors on Thursdays in case they have any inquiries.
• Parents can meet stage Headmistress on the following day:(this is arranged through the Public Relations Department.)

-Preparatory & Secondary on Wednesdays.

-Primary Headmistress on Tuesdays.

-KG Headmistress everyday except Sunday.

• Parents can meet principal on Mondays.
